Do I need to assemble the coop/run after delivery?

Our coops are all hand built, and constructed to last many years. They are not a flat pack product, and will be delivered fully assembled.

 

Our runs are flat packed to reduce transport costs, they require an adjustable spanner and preferably two pairs of hands. It can be assembled quickly and easily with the instructions provided.

 

How long does it take to deliver my coop after ordering?

We aim to dispatch our coops within 14 days of order. A more accurate delivery window will be advised when we take your order. If you are in a rush, please get in touch and we can discuss individual requirements.

Are your coops made from sustainable wood?

All our wood is sourced from FSC certified wood. This ensures our wood is from well-managed forests and recycled sources.

Can you make a coop from recycled plastic?

We offer the option of Stokbord recycled plastic for the floor of all our coops, you can read more about stokbord here.

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns up to 28 days from delivery. We will provide a full refund if the coop remains in an unused condition. 

I would like to view your coops before purchasing, is this possible?

Our premise is our workshop in the Candover valley, we can arrange visits by appointment.

Are the coops fox proof?

Yes. Although don't forget to shut the door at night! We also supply automatic doorkeepers so you never need to worry again.

Do you breed and sell chickens?
